Anzfootball Refund Policy

For any reason you are not happy with our ANZFootball service, you can cancel your subscription at any time.

Time to request for your cancelation

Customers have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a refund.

Eligibility to receive refund 

Refunds will be accepted in the following cases:

  • You canceled your auto-renewal subscription but you are still charged the fee for the next period
  • You encounter difficulties when watching live stream football, for example frizzing, lags, or no match appears.

In those cases, please provide us proof and additional information right at the time of the error in an email.

Cases are not accepted for refund

In case you encounter an error like “user not matched” or pop-ups still appearing while you are watching the live stream, perhaps you are using a different email to log in. Please contact us to confirm your right registered email. This case is not eligible for a refund.

You are not eligible to receive a refund if your account has been used for more than half of its duration.

When will you receive your refund

Our team tries to resolve refunding issues sharply. But it may take from 5-7 business days to process the refund depending on your bank.

- We disclaim all liability for any bank fees, commissions, or overdrafts. Negotiating directly with your bank is the only method to get rid of these fees.
